Reminds me of that old grade school poem:

Birdie, birdie in the sky
Dropped some whitewash in my eye

Me just glad that cows don't fly

I once bought a fishing pole for the wife on her birthday (she asked for it). When checking out the cashier asked if I was going fishing, I told her what it was for, she then asked, "Is that all your getting her?". When I replied, that I was getting her a card also. I got THE look. Not only from her but the two ladies behind me in the line. :D

1971-1994 (USAF/USAR)(Viet & Desert Storm) I still find myself, when in the woods, picking out the best places to place a defensive force. Old habits die hard.
