My experience as an occasional seller of photo gear that I no longer want is that no matter what you say in your listing, ebay requires you to accept returns (and pay the return shipping). The buyer just clicks a return button on his ebay screen and you get an email from ebay saying authorize the return postage or ebay will authorize it and charge your paypal account.
I purchased a car cover for my wife's Miata. Got a shipping conformation but no tracking number. It never arrived. Went back and forth with seller and ebay. Ebay said they would open a case. After a couple of weeks they said I would get a refund. It never showed up either. Contacted them a few more times but never did the refund.
Never did business with ebay again.
