Yes, for all those people who stand with their feet at a 45 degree angle outward from straight forward.

If you stood in your shoes with the toes pointing backward the orthotics would not be formed correctly. Ditto your feet.

This procedure for forming orthotics is entirely wrong. Standing with full weight on the product will give you an orthotic shaped to the problem of your feet rather than providing any correction.

Simply an insole molded to the pattern of the foot.

And if that is not enough there are pictures to ensure you point the correct way. I would love to see the results of pointing your toes the other way!
