Thanks Tim. Sometimes I take a small blanket to help stay clean and cool from the hot ground.

Morning Everyone,
Just like all of you I have enjoyed this challenge. Didn't see it until late Friday nite, then I got under the weather over the weekend so I was not able to put together some pictures(hope that qualifies me to post now).

Waiting to see an example.

Here is an example of my three middle fingertips(left hand I imagine since I am left-handed) from the late seventies, I don't remember what year. Front and back views of photo, with number imprinted on back. sponge residue from sponge backing of frame that picture is in. I don't remember the set up either, perhaps someone can identify the type of photo paper used, I think it was Polaroid.

Is a SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC 64gb Memory card acceptable to use for RAW + JPEG and how many will the Memory card hold.

I use the Ultra 80MB/s SDXC I 1 10 64GB by Sandisk. If I remember correctly, completely, the numbers on card have to do with transference speed and whether or not the card should be used to record video. The number in the circle(in this case 10) indicates usage for video - the higher the better(I think; you can easily check this out on company site).
I have used the card in the d5100 - 1.4k pictures at RAW and JPEG fine combination setting and now in the d500 - 951 pictures with same image setting. D5100 is 16mp and d500 is 20mp; more MPs per picture ergo less pictures. Have three and switch them out with no problems yet.

I prefer the in-flight pictures; they show motion. I like #1 and #6 the best of those. Since the bird is a
Great White Egret subconsciously one might expect its picture to show it as such - white in color, which leaves out #10. #9 has the wings just leaving their upmost position creating the illusion of work, leaving it out. #1 and #6 have blurred backgrounds which make the Egret stand out from the rest of the picture details, however #6 gives an added layer with the bird passing in front of the cattails(which are for the most part in focus) thereby giving greater depth to the picture but not taking away from the main subject - the Egret. The in-flight pictures minus #9 give the viewer a sense of effortless, floating and gliding on the wind if you will - something most if not all of us have wanted to try at one point or another in our lives. #7(I think) is out due to its coloration factor as mentioned above. As has been said they are ALL nice but,
I like the cattail one the best.

When I talked about #7 I was thinking of #8 and how the shadow on the bird itself gives it a blueish tint.
#7's color is not quite white and it causes the Egret to somewhat blend in with the water. I do like the effect of the light coming through the spread out feathers but to me there is not enough separation between the bird and background. I still go with the cattails and Egret.
