I often try to do just that. However, this picture was taken on the fly and originally, when looking at it, had considered it a throwaway picture but his grin was so cute I attempted to see what I could do with it. However, now I'm glad i didn't delete it as I think it turned out really well.

I am not a professional but I'm eager to learn. Please provide feedback in ways that I might edit this better or maybe just a different perspective. The camera used was a Pentax K-70 with a Pentax 16-85mm lens.

Thank you very much! Ill have to go back and look at the raw file, i probably did pull out the shadows a bit to much. Ill report later with a reedit for another critique.

First three are from Savannah Ga USA. Fourth pictures is from my wife's grandmothers front porch and the rest are from my trip to Berlin Germany of the Grimm Brother's fair tale fountain. Feel free to view and critique. This is the only way for me to improve. All pictures PP in Luminar 4.

Thanks everyone. We have been captivated by him so far. He's a hand full but he is healthy and happy. We couldn't ask for more.
He really loves both of his grandparents. I was unable to meet most of mine, so I really want to make sure that he does.

Amazing shot! I am still learning how to use luminar 4 myself and would be very very happy with a shot like this!
