Yes, a great race horse. This is a picture of his statute at the Timaru race course in Timaru, South Canterbury, on our 2015 trip to NZ. Beautiful horse, beautiful place.

Very nice set of one of the most interesting birds. Especially like the first one showing the grip on the branch and the framing.

I would actually completely agree with you on that, hookupin2005. Having spent some time in the Red Rock area of Utah, the Mogollon Rim area of Arizona, and the Gila Mt Wilderness Area of New Mexico, the canyons and mountains of those areas are very different from what we have here in the East. 😎 Here we are usually looking at things from a much closer perspective than you might initially do out west. Both areas do have their own beauty and opportunities, just sometimes we forget about what we have in our area. Thanks for commenting, have a great day.
