It's a wonderful place to visit, and you have a lot of great advice already. Be aware that road signs are not always helpful and sometimes downright confusing. There is a crazy roundabout before going into Valetta. When we were there the rental car people advised driving to the airport cab stand, hiring a cab to lead us to our hotel ... but not to pay the cab in advance or it will go ahead and desert you. It was excellent advice.
RTed6 says he can charge his EV at his apartment complex in 3-4 hours. If several residents had an EV the waiting line would be horrible. The might need reservations and you might get a 1am-5am slot. No thanks.
This question relates to the earlier post where someone asked "Am I an amateur or professional?" Asking this filter question seems to solidly place that person as amateur (which is not a put-down, but I don't think a professional would care).
Amateur or Professional? Is it in the eye of the shooter or in the eye of the beholder? Maybe the best answer lies in the question the shooter is asking or how in he/she/they/them/zie/zum/what/etc. want to be perceived.

I haven't used Nikon's, but if it is like the Canon and Sony 10-18 or 10-20 lenses it is rectilinear and not fisheye. However, there will be some easily corrected distortion simply because it is a very wide angle. To avoid or minimize distortion have shoot with then lens held as level as possible rather than pointing up or down.
