Has any one of you heard of a Company called "Top Tier Solace Solutions" and is it legit? A person came to our front door asking us to participate in their sale.

Be careful about solar. There are several ways that it is being done. The best way is to own your unit. One outfit came around selling their product and I did not like what they were selling. They would install solar panels at no cost and you would simply pay them for the electricity just like you were paying a utility company but at a much lower rate (according to them). While it might look good at the outset, there is nothing to keep them from raising their rates and eventually you could be paying more than you would to a utility company. Also if they went out of business, who would maintain the equipment? I don't like the idea of someone else's product that I don't actually own on my property. I also do not want solar panels on the front of my roof facing the street and the back of the roof is not good for panels as it faces north-east. It would only get maximum sunlight for about half the year.
There seem to be a few "companies" doing this door-to-door scam. Instead of actually buying from them it turns out to be a lease. That way they get the federal incentive funds and you don't, plus they give you a very inferior product
