Rosey,
Have you ever thought of dating Dennis?
You seem to have a certain simpatico with him, and I'm sure you could make a miserable life together if you tried.

Poor fella, it must cause you great physical pain to even act like a decent human being.

Hilarious that you believe these ‘accomplishments’. Its propaganda

Times aren’t any better. The ones who have their eyes open can see that.

I'm guessing hoplophobia never got anyone out of the army like bad case of bone spurs could?

Desmond Doss wouldn’t touch a gun and could have gotten out of the army but he ended up being a hero and saving 75 men. He was awarded the Medal of Honor

Those with money and connections had an easier time getting out of serving.

That is hilarious! The reality is they’re no better than republicans. We’re getting hit from both sides

If that's true of yourself, good for you, but you still take some things on faith, unless you are able to do your own double blind tests with a significant sample size. Not trying to single you out. That's probably true for most of us. There are enough people who are in a position of authority, or perceived to be, that it is unlikely that that is either provable or disprovable.

Its true for all of us. In the end how does one really know what is true? Man by nature is not altruistic.

In what way do you not believe what you are told? You just pick different sources to believe.

Nope. I check all sides and don’t put blind faith in any of them. People tend to believe what someone they perceive to be in a position of authority say.

I would not like one party rule, but I believe (I've been wrong before) that when the Republican party dies, something will rise up to take it's place. I believe in the Democratic party, but without an opposing party it could easily become something I can't trust. With a runoff system, or some other way of ensuring the peoples choice wins the e******n, a third party or even a four party, or five party would make some since, but we don't have that so additional parties just become spoilers. (no snark intended.)

Yeah we need checks and balances. It would be bad if either party died off. We need the best of liberalism and conservatismnot just one or the other

I don’t see a viable third party in the forseeable future - democrats and republicans would both fight it

Actually, more and more Republicans are beginning to agree with the sentiment of the story.

Perhaps but they’re not making any effective corrections. If they don’t smarten up we’ll have one party rule

Naw, they just want to blather on about how those Radical L*****t Liberal Socialist etc. are evil, p*******es, anti-American... blah, blah, blah.

They are not convincing anyone about the innocence of their 91/45 "Fearless Leader", but they do like to Troll anybody's thread that lauds the slow and steady progress being made by our President.

Their insults are childish, whiny, deflections of the current reality. One does enjoy their futile attempts at persuasion. Unlike them, Critical Thinking is part of the repertoire of skeptical mind. Their Kool-Aid won't be drunk here.
