my only experience w/mpb was very good. bought a lightly used D850 for $600 less than b&H brand new "sale" D850. i like that they show photos of actual product on their website and give shutter count. the bonus was they included 2 RSS L brackets that sell for around $150 each....and didn't even advertise the high-end ($$) RSS brand name. was very happy.

pardon my goof. olympic n.p.....the workshop is by rocky mountain reflections. Andy is the guy who leads them. i've enjoyed my prior 2 workshops w/him. he knows the good spots. pm me if u want more info, please.

i'm planning a trip to this area in early july as i'll b participating in a photo workshop in olympic. so i'm thinking the leader will have olympic NP well covered.
i'm starting my research of "can't miss" locations/shots...especially waterfalls. soooo, i'm seeking spots to visit and shoot. i'll be driving thru idaho....oregon...and washington. there seems so many, so i need to pick and choose. i'm only up for hikes of up to 2 or 3 miles. i thank you in advance for any recommendations!

Alta in south west CO....ghost town.
a few buildings/cabins still stand! peering into this cabin, the view out this window is of Mt. Wilson, mostly obscured by clouds. We were delighted to make it up the road after a brief October snow. 4WD came in handy.

thanks for correcting me on what that thing is....but "wagon" sounds better than manure spreader to me. i do like "honey spreader"!

i am playing w/LR. one disadvantage is that plugins like helicon are not available. i put in a "request' at the adobe site for plugins to be supported in the next update.

i like the way the sun hits this isolated tree with a waterfall in the background. taken after a short hike around wolf creek pass in s.w. Colorado....
