I'm going to give you a wide berth if I pass you on the highway. I give my kids lectures about texting and driving! Thank God for auto focus. On the other hand, I agree about how harmoniously that stretch of I-70 blends with the canyon. Beautiful and fun drive!
Many great suggestions here. Someone recommended the tram up Sandia Peak in Albuquerque. This is even better when you take it late in the day and watch ( and shoot ) the sunset before coming back down.
You inspire me to take a trip to the zoo more often!
Great images. BTW, I thought the zookeeper was very fond of rum!
Yeah, I can imagine that's a job hazard. I would want to adopt all of them too!
As with your previous series, these were awesome too!
Bees are definitely having a hoe-down. Great, sharp photo.
Very nice, it looks like a Florida tourism ad shot!
From the French Quarter, just get on the St Charles trolley car, runs about every five minutes. There are good photo ops at just about every stop. You have the Garden District, Tulane, Loyola University, Audubon Park, the zoo, and the levee. Then return on the Riverfront line and you can see Magazine Street, the riverfront and Lower Garden District. The trolley lines are one of the few things that work well in NOLA.
Very well done. What lens and exposure values were used?
Really great series! I love the Crested Butte area. I just got back from the San Juans Sunday, visited Ouray, Ridgeway and Telluride area, have not had a chance to even upload yet. I was with family that is not photography oriented, so don't have many static shots, mostly on the move. I did just gave my son my old NEX 5, and he is showing some interest, so that my change, as he can use my Sony FE lenses too. When I wear down my accumulated work load I will post. Thanks for the beautiful images!
I keep my lenses in my gun safe, they don't mind sharing. I have a $20 plug in dehumidifier that keeps everything dry in the North Texas climate, which ranges from 50-75% in the summers.
