This was the best picture out of 15 shots. The area I shot this was so thick with a lot of bushes and undergrowth and the dam snake just wouldn't sit still long enough for me to get a good shot, he was clipping along at a pretty good speed before he disappeared into the bushes. I should have had my camera set on continues shot, but he caught me by surprise. If I would have taken my eyes off him I would have lost him.

Hi, my name is Bill, I'm not a professional, but I sure like photography. I have one question when I go on a photo shoot I will take anywhere from 250 to 500 pictures (wildlife) and if I can get 5 great shots out of this group, I feel like I had a good day. So my question is does that sound about right or I'm I just a lousy photographer​?
