I know this is gonna sound really stupid, but what is a "contact sheet"? Is it what I'm thinking of? I feel really stupid asking this...lol

Thanks guys, I think what I'm looking for most is to be able to set my aperture,shutter speed and ISO without having to search thru the menu for each item and a display on all three that lets me know...lol. I like to do landscapes and portraits alot. Not to much into video
I am a newbie at photography, have loved it all my life. I am learning on a point and shoot right now but will be investing in a DSLR or mirrorless in the very near future. Any advice on which way to go or what cameras are the best would be very helpful. Been researching on all of them but still confused...lol. Thanks for having me
