Have Sierra 10.12.1 and elements 9 or 13 will not print to my Canon printer . Everything just crashes when you use the print command .
So to be a great photographer first you have to be a great photoshopper ? How did this happen ? Than should we say maybe all photographs , pre photoshop , are not so great after all . I wonder .

Why learn your craft when your camera will do it for you . Look at all the time you will save so you will be able to sit down and play with all your software making things glow and bend at your will.
Updated Mac .P.S. Elements 9& 13 work but crash when you go to print. It's not the printer[ Canon ] ,prints from other software ok.
Files, format , binary digit, hardware { Nikon- Canon ect.} Mac- PC , software of all kinds, who wants to give this all up for a roll of film .
How you are going to show them , the photos , will give you the way to go . Large prints go the pro route on line it really dont matter what you use.

Eastman kodak head for large format camera mounted on a Davis & Sanford tripod . Have one sitting next to me . Yours is in very good shape , looks like it has very little use.
