From what I read there is no shortage of the cluster bombs. They were being sent in lieu of the 155mm shells we normally send them. We have plenty of those for our own inventory, however we were sending Ukraine our surplus shells and there was a shortage of those. Thus we sent the cluster bombs as a replacement until the level of our surplus allowed for resuming shipments of the 155mm shells.

So Biden just revealed a shortage in the surplus...not an actual shortage of anything we needed for ourselves.

As far as the video...the Secret Service said a painstaking review couldn't find a definite suspect and the number was somewhere around 500 possible people.

If the other guy had done this you would claim it was declassified the instant he spoke of it.

Just how does he think he has the power to override the Constitution? He has said in the past that we should terminate some aspects Constitution, although in those cases he was speaking about anything that would keep him out of power.
