I know I will. I have made five trips to Africa and can’t wait to use it there. The more I use it, the less guilt I have. Thanks. Stay Safe
I recently had a major GAS attack that was brought on by the virus. Living in New York, I have seen some of my clients get the virus and some of them have passed. Am an accountant with my own practice for the last forty years and am 71. I previously have not bought any camera gear for the last two years. Shoot with the Sony A9 and 7riii. The one lens I have wanted since it came out, is the Sony 400 f2.8. I primarily take wildlife pictures and travel at least three times a years with my gear. I spent days feeling guilty about buying such an expensive lens. Could not bring myself to do it. Then a client passed from the virus and I bought it. Have been using it around my home and am amazed by it. Life is precious and you need to grab it while you can.
I was at Victoria Falls in June. Hard to take good pictures from the ground. I suggest going on a helicopter and using a telephoto lens. There are a few helicopter rides available
I currently shoot with both the 7riii and A9. For the photography you shoot, I would go for the 7riii. Great camera. One battery lasts all day and the dual slots are great

I am think more point and shoot since at 9 she needs a more rugged camera than the A6000. Was thinking of the Olympus tough series. Any thoughts
I use Sony mirrorless full frame. I have gone out shooting with her many times and she uses one of my cameras. I want to nurture her passion and enthusiasm
My 9 year old granddaughter loves photography. Any suggestions on the purchase of her first camera? It needs to be sturdy and probably a point and shoot b
Even if you usually shoot in a specific range, your tastes will change over time. I use mainly prime and specifically mirror less Sony and Zeiss. Since you are already invested and do not need the cash, keep them all and have fun exploring and learning
Keep them All. Each lens has a different perspective and gives a different look and feel. Whenever I sell a lens I wind up buying another one back. Have fun. Life is too short
No problem. Have you heard anything about the TG
The Nikon w300 only shoots in jpeg. It seems to me that the Olympus TG is the only one that can shoot in raw. Does anyone have any experience with he image quality
Can anyone recommend a waterproof Camera that I can take snorkeling. I would like to shoot in raw and edit my photos. Almost all the waterproof cameras I have looked at only shoot in jpeg
When I travel I travel with two bodies and three lenses. A6300 and 7rii. The lenses are my Batis lenses. 18, 25 and 85 mm. Can also use the a6300 with theze lenses for further distance. Love this combo for travel. These are my three favorite lenses.
