It is a joy to please a fellow photo nut!
She may be old and rusty, but the old gal still has pizzazz!

Hello Bob! My friend ArtzDarkroom has already corrected me!
I am penitent and resolve to be a better person, at least until the Jack Daniels is gone!
Dear Artz, You are certainly correct! My tail is between my legs, but I am a wiser old hound. Thanx!
It is hot and humid and the smell of hickory smoke is in the air here in Memphis. Just when I think life can't get any better I find perfection in these beauties!
Hello CHG
Hello CHG! You and I are on the same page. Thanks for the film tip. I am going to get some Monday morning.
These were taken just a few days ago using a Canon Speedlight 199A for fill. Get your old stuff out and go for it. It makes you consider each shot more carefully and, I believe, leads to better pictures.
These shots were made at Veterans Plaza in Overton Park, Memphis. Canon AE-1 Program, Canon 24mm f2.8, Fuji 400 print film. (no manipulation or cropping of images)
Hello There!
The tilt was not intentional. I am not that clever. I ran the gamma and contrast to max and brightness until all half-tones were gone. In the old days we would do this by pushing Tri-X and burning with enlarger. I appreciate your interest!
Nikon FE, Nikkor 80-200 f4, Tri-X
Thank you folks! I enjoy your submissions as well.
Thank you fellow southerner!
