Try nomorobo.com. this service has gotten a lot of national press. It is available for those with cable phone service for free and they have just released a version for mobile phones for a monthly fee. I have used the home based (free) version for some time and it eliminates almost all of my problem calls. There are also boxes that you can hook up to your landline that can be trained to block calls which I also use, with success. The one I use on a friends recommendation is called "Sentry plug and block" and I believe it cost around 40 US$. My iPhone 6s will allow you to designate calls to block but I find it is awakward to use. Good luck.

I have used both Safari and Chrome on my MacBook Air with no problems. I, in fact, primarily use Chrome since I liive in both the Mac & PC world. I have even used firefox. I prefer Chrome.
