Those little things are seeds and eventually turn tan and when they are ready and the wind is right are blown away to start new little trees.
That is neat - what did you do?
Very nice - definitely brings a smile to your face!
We are finally seeing a glimpse of fall here in CA. The first shot is most of my backyard just to give some perspective on the trees. I have a lot of Japanese Maples which are normally lovely but this year the weather has burned most of the leaves and color is not as nice. I have a few Dogwoods. Not as spectacular as East Coast colors but pretty!

It is a bit dark - what does it look like in color?
The shots of the baby birds is very crisp - excellent! Love the whole collection and agree birds are much harder than they look. Nice job!
I like the warm glow of the lights. If you have editing software you might straighten it up a bit. I also find the watermark through the photo distracting but that may just be me.
Very nice shots, like the rusty fence gives it good texture along with the detail of the bugs!
You get such great shots of them - keep sharing!
Welcome - the first photo is my favorite but they are ALL very nice! I just bought a K5 this summer and love it. I am still learning how to use it but so far so good! Just bought the DA * 60-250 lens and it take wonderful pictures.
They are lovely - I really like the hibiscus. Nice contrast with the background. Your hydrangea looks crisp, I have found they are somewhat challenging to get a nice a shot. Thanks Ian!
Well I never thought the comments would be so good - you have given me inspiration to get out there and try again. I have a few months more experience now and good lenses and filters. Hope to get there before the rains start here.
Nice job Rhonda - love the vivid blues! You can correct the horizon really easily with most of the software packages.
