Thanks for comments. Actually, that is not my finger in front of the lens in number 2. It is concrete art, that I had no choice except to be bothered with it getting in the way.

I was sitting on a bench close to where the bird feeders are so thy would only go to the one feeder. The other two feeders were evidently to close to me so they would quickly do a 180 and fly back into the trees. All comments and criticism welcome.

Around 7:30 every morning the birds are waiting for me to put bird seed out. You don't see them necessarily, when you are filling up the bird feeders, but before I have time to put the coffee can away that I used to carry the seed to the feeders (under a minute) there is a wave of White Wing Doves, Mexican Doves, Turtle Doves, Sparrows, sometimes Grackles and Cardinals attack the bird feeders. There are literally close to 50 assorted birds either on the feeders or waiting close by in the trees for their turn.

Starting to get quite a few flowers this year. It was a little windy this morning when pictures were took so they aren't as sharp as they could be, but I think they're pretty just the same. Comments welcome

My brother in law won't take me with him when he goes out to shoot fox and coyotes and similar creatures cause I shoot next to them to scare them off instead of killing them. He shoots them because they kill his baby sheep and sometimes if enough of them a calf. They were always to far away to shoot with camera. So I tried to at least give them a chance.

This is just an assorted mix of pictures I've taken over recent years. Just bought CS and Lightroom 4. All of the pictures are unedited. Just wanted to get some feed back from fellow uh

We could actually hand feed these critters

Catching some rays

Look honey, some baby cardinals. She said, "can you get them with their mouth open"

I said "sure, here you go" last we ever saw of them. A snake ate them that night

trying to get pictures of birds taking off and landing. Ended up with a parakeet without even knowing he was there

Julio Igleseis. Probably not spelled right but none the less, this rose is the best smelling rose ever

Photography is a passion of mine. Doesn't really much matter what type. I am wanting to get a decent macro telephoto lens for Canon 5d Mk II and a Canon 50D. Any suggestions.
