I have several different kinds of skillets. When frying foods I add oil and butter and the food doesn't stick to the pan, but if the teflon is wearing off I would just discard the skillet and that goes for your sauce pans also. As for what kind of cook wear I would go with stainless steel or T-Fal that wears very well.
this bird has simular makings to a Pyrrhuloxia, only thing is this bird is seen generally in the Rio Grande area. Sorry I can't help you at this time.....nice shot

After reading this and the reply's, its aparent that are pros and cons, one could go on all day to counter what someone else said. In todays society, our military is asked by the goverment to help another nation. Our Military goes anywhere they are asked to go and put their lives on the line.. our police offficers are in the same boat...Our way of life as we see it, is not acceptable to others around the world and now individuals from outside the US COME HERE, and find some way to disrupt our lives, thus our police and military face the issues at hand.. these men and women. are the best.. they do die for your right to say and do what you like! I say this " If you don't like it here ..go find another country in this world of ours that will let you say this crap!" People can say anything they what around me on any subject and I will not take sides.. however .. don't say a word about our men and women in uniform.. and the job they do! because you would not like the end result! " God BLESS the USA and her men and women in defense of this great nation, inspite of the idiots running it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A great spot to view the city at night is the Doble tree Hotel in Arlington. Just about every major spot is seen from this view point
