Galaposos Island,China, cruse the Northwest Passage, Antartic Patagonia, tour around South America by car. By then my funds maybe running low, so I'll head home!!

Hello Carolyn, yes we are planing to visit the south island also, but unfortunely our itinerary is starting from Nelson, and driving south along the west coast. Ending in Queenston. Very much appreciate the offer of showing us your city.

Thanks Cannonfire for your response, no I'll be shooting in jpeg, I just bought Samsung Galaxy tablet, can I download my pics on this tablet? I think I can, still trying to learn my way through the tablet. I also have a flash stick 4GH, I know I'll have to purchase a connector/adaptor to down load my pics from my sd card, and then from my tablet to my flash stick. This should enable me to free up my 16GB card, and safely store my pics, I plan on doing this on a daily bases. Please offer any comments. Thanks Canuck.

Great shot, Roygee, of the boulders, I also shoot with a Pentax model R x great little camera well priced and many features of more expensive cameras.

I use the Black Rapid #RS4, best thing since "slice bread" camera is out of the way when not needed, and not bouncing on your chest and pulling on your neck always safely with you, ready to shoot.

I've been following & reading Ugly Hedgehog for the pass several weeks, found a number of answers to my delight, regarding iso, f stops etc. My first ever question is, I'll be travelling to Australia, & New Zealand for six weeks, what size media card would one suggest I would use? My camera has a 32gb capacity, or should take several smaller capacity cards, like three 8gb cards? Any suggestions?
