I have G2 in the Nikon version it is a very good lens and built well. You should also consider the Tamron tap in accessory. It will keep it updated and set focus adjustments.
They are up there with B&H and Adorama as an extremely good camera store. [Think there are 2 locations] Lots of classes and photo trips. There internet site is great and so are the staff. Bought Nikon 750 with 24-120 and Sirui monopod P424SR its a monster.
Very good experience buying from them. Bought Sigma 100-400mm from them it came with Sigma docking station. Plus tripod [not very good] micro fiber lens cleaner [very nice one]. There price was better then any one else at time. About a week later Sigma reduced the lens $50. One call to Digital Goya and $50 was put back to my credit card. Would not hesitate to use them and there products are fully authorized by the manufacturers.
