I have a great tripod with a ball head, love it but it’s heavy to carry. I’m looking for a good one that’s used and not an arm and leg to buy..
What do you have? It's hard to suggest an alternative until we know what you consider "heavy to carry."

Took a sneak peek at your previous posts and see you have a D750, so you'll want a fairly sturdy tripod. You didn't mention what lens combinations you'll be using which will be a factor in what to look for in a tripod. If you would enlighten us as to that, you'll get better recommendations. As far as light weight you'll most likely need to go Carbon Fiber with that camera. One other thought, have you considered a monopod?
Thanks..that looks like a good one...I will keep the link as I continue to look..
Well my usual and heaviest lens is a 28x300...and your right..sturdy and light ..

No such animal!!!!! To decrease weight you decrease mass, as the mass decreases the sturdiness decreases, the best to can hope for is a "happy medium".
I’m buying a good carrier to make that easier...carbon maybe in my future tho...
