Thanks for commenting. Actually, these are water droplets on a spider's web, with the morning sun providing the light. Really do look like two balloons now that you mention it! :lol:

Thanks Rusty! I guess as long as your watertables at a lower than normal level, the bans will remain in affect. Maybe if continues to rain you'll get back to normal. Thanks so much for commenting! :-)
