I'd like to answer with a question: Why ask here on the Hog? Why not ask the various camera manufacturers?

I think we do have to accept the fact that not everything is made according to our personal wishes. The camera manufacturers are there because there is money in it for them.

Having said that, have you looked at the Oly OM-D E-M1?
No, it doesn't meet all your criteria exactly, but I'd say it comes pretty close:

I do believe that the touch screen is fully capable of releasing the shutter, but I don't use the touch screen at all, nor have I tried tethered shooting yet - it's on my to-do list.
Only a single card slot, but it is so quick to change a card, that I don't find that a problem. If you're afraid that you'll miss shots because the card is full, keep an eye on the number of available photos on the screen, and change cards when the number gets low and you have a few moments.
Synch includes 1/250th second in its range from 1/320th - 1/60th second.
Record mode for movies 1920x1080, 1280x720 or 640x480.
I wear glasses. Whether progressive or tri-focal lenses, makes no difference - I have never had problems taking photos with my glasses on, and I only use the viewfinder, never or very, very rarely, live view. You will most likely have to adjust the dioptre.
I would say that what is available on the OM-D E-M1 comes pretty close to your wish list. Oh, yes, you'll probably find fault with it anyway. However, you will just have to accept that the camera you want doesn't exist.
