Excellent set! Unusual to me, urban captures.
Thanks Mike. Outside of the highly adaptable Red-tails, I have to admit, it’s still a bit unusual to me also. And getting more unusual. In recent years, Bald Eagles have been a regular sight along the lower Hudson River, with new park residents, Coopers and Sharp-shinned Hawks.
I just love the vibrant colors that flowers can produce. Nice pics!
Nice captures, Tom. Amazing raptor right there!
Thanks all, so much good stuff here!
I do love photographing all birds, but I have a passion for raptors.
And so many Red-tails in Northern Manhattan.
Looking forward to pouring through the discussions/topics to improve my photography. I dove into “Manual” photography two years ago when I updated my gear to a Nikon D500 and 200-500mm lens. It started with a point and shoot 25 years ago, just to make an ID on birds, and developed into a love of birding and photography. Don’t know if I can contribute here, but it sure looks like I can benefit from your knowledge and experience. Thanks all!
