Does this potential client refuse to have a nurse in the room when she is at the gyn. for her annual appointment? The nurse is there not just to be an extra set of hands to assist the doctor, she is there for the protection of both the patient and the doctor. This is the same kind of situation. If you can't bring someone in to assist with hair and make-up, you will need/want someone to change lenses/filters/adjust lighting, etc for you. If your potential client refuses that, tell her the session will be voice or video recorded. If she balks at that, then run for the hills. This sounds like a set up waiting to happen.
I hate to make the young lady sound like a villain, but if she does not want any witnesses around but is willing to have photos taken of her by an (almost) complete stranger, something is really off.
