I'll check those out "bb". Thanks so much again bro!
Thanks Billybob...appreciate the recommendation and will definitely keep that in mind. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!!
Wonderful card! Recommend replacing the red border (competes for attention with the red bow)with green to accentuate the Christmas "theme".
#1 took my heart away...wish I had captured that one! WOW!
Sure...I attend a Christmas Eve candlelight service at a Moravian church near me. This was on the window sill of one of the church's stained glass windows. Very simple shot processed through the "dry brush" filter in Photoshop CS3.
Thanks for the info/suggestions guys. Yes mdorn, that's exactly what I needed. I appreciate your help very much and so much value the help and insight afforded through this site. Merry Christmas guys!
Here's a question for some of you more experienced photographers. I have a holiday image being considered for printing as a Christmas card by a retailer in a metro area near me. I would like to hear some opinions on what would be a reasonable figure to charge for unlimited rights usage where they would be able to use the image to print the card as many printings as desired as compared to a "one-time" rights for just one printing. Any takers?
Thanks in advance!
Now THAT'S what I'm talkin' about!!! Natural images...no manipulation film color...it really IS different. Well done, well done, well done! #'s 1,2, and 6; outstanding!
Just another argument, albeit legal, for the attributes of film!!
Thanks for the info update "swam"... I appreciate it!
WOW....indeed! I love the Blue Heron as a subject and...what a great shot! Well done!!
swamiji...I have had a V-Lux 1 for quite a while and LOVE it! Would you compare that model with the V-Lux 20/30. I'd like to hear from someone with personal experience. Do you see a "night and day" difference in lens quality and color interpretation? Thanks!
It's called a Golden Orb spider. The "X" weave in the web seems to be a trademark although I've seen similar weavings in the webs of other spiders.
