I recently went with a 18-140mm. It is pretty sharp throughout the range. I had a 55-300 was pretty good to 250mm.
I guess Pay Pal is the safest but it will cost you 3%. I have made a few sales here with just the buyer sending out a check and I sent the gear. Never had a problem.
You are right. I have done most of my business with Cameta. They are great.I really am impressed with thier 1 year warranty on refurbished whereas other companies including Nikon only give you 90 days.
Probably the best place to sell is right here on the Hog. Most companies will under value your gear because they have to resale. I have sold here and usually real fast.
Got a couple offers on the table but would rather someone on the Hog to have this camera so last call guys probably be gone in a few days.
If I were you I would heed fellow Hoggers warnings and stick with the Cameta or Adorama. These guys know best and won't streer you wrong.
Everyone here on the Hog says" STAY AWAY FROM ABE'S !!!!!!!!!!!
Welcome Sparks, I joined about 3 years ago and found these guys on The Hogg to most helpful and inspiring. You can really count on some good advice here. They have influenced
alot of my decisions about photography gear, classes and the photography experience. Enjoy.
Sure is if interested let me know. Will be shopping it at used camera stores today
I would take 200 for it. Excellent camera and lens
my nikon has served me well so it's up to you to switch or not. Never had any focus issues with my D3200 or D7100. I would have it checked befor deciding.
Wow! Did not expect this much reponse to this post. Thank you guys !! I'ts always exciting to see the Big Brown Truck drive up. And yes I do do have insurance on all my gear and yes I do have a flash along with a difusser. Now I have to go out and learn and practice with this camera as I only had one for 6 months before it was gone.
Thanks guys. Now my gear is almost never out of my sight and yes Irvine wiil be rocking tonight.
