Good info, but... I would never print a 16x24 at 80 PPI. It might look OK at specified viewing distance, but when I deliver a print to a customer, I know they will look at it up close, and 80 PPI will be mush.
I have had a AA refuse to charge in my MAHA charger a few times. The MAHA charges each battery individually. I put the dead battery along with a good one into a cheap generic charger and charge for a while, then move the formerly dead one to the MAHA and it will take a charge.
I have RRS L Plates on my Canons, and one of the very nice hand straps they sell.
For Mac users, VueScan (free) SW will run almost any scanner, and with lots of features.
Have A Nikon Coolscan V, but for faster results I use a DSLR, Macro lens, and an enlarger negative carrier over a lightbox.
Got all the latest software updates?
I often shoot RAW + JPG, with color space set to sRGB.
That makes the JPGs compatible with the web & most labs, but I process the RAWS as ProPhoto RGB 16 bit/channel PSDs, and print them myself using the full capabilities of the camera and printer. The monitor is only a rough approximation of what the print will look like, no monitor will show the full range of color that a good inkjet can print.

You'll see a graphic display of your internet activity along with data and what is using your connection.
Leave it running in a small window while you do your email.
After you see your speeds, try power cycling your modem and check speeds again.
If still slow, call your ISP.
If your iMac has Thunderbolt or USB 3 or C, just put an SSD in an external enclosure, and boot from that. It will be very nearly as fast as if used internally.
Buy replacement cost insurance.
I've got a roll feeder on my Epson SC P800.
I trim the output with a Dahle 18" cutter that sits on the P800 output tray for trimming.
The laminator and laminating film are also available at B&H. 25.5" laminator & 25" film.
Pictrico prints look and feel like good Cibachrome prints, but without the contrast problems.
Yes Mitsubishi, thanks. I get 8x10, 13x19, & 17" rolls from B&H.
