Are you up to date on the updates? You might have older programs that are no longer eligible for updates.

I have tried this and it is great. Uploads quickly and works well. I use and access it from Photoshop 2022.

Topaz also seems to rotate sales on individual products (or they used to). Denoise for a month or two, then Sharpen, then GigaPixel, etc. If you've bought individual products and decide to buy a package, the package price is automatically reduced to not include the products you have.
