I used Old Father Time a few years back. It cost about $1000. The watch ran for about a year and stopped. I thought it was the battery but the local jeweler said it was shot. May have been a "used" tuning fork. Who knows. Buyer beware.
That was spectacular. I will be in Poland for a day (Off a cruise ship) this summer and my Polish roots are even more excited.
Thanks for posting
My Dad, who was a funeral director for 62 years, would have loved this, I think.
I was 84c20 in k-town Kleber in 1966-1968. There about a dozen of us that still keep in touch.
Great story from one of "The Greatest Generation". A good read any day but especially today. Thanks for sharing.

The power of a porterhouse?
Happy Easter Samantha!
You have generated more commentary with your new "machine" than most other posts. Can't wait till you get a boat.
Nice ride. Go for it. That said it will ruin you forever. You will always want a sports car no matter how impractical. My first car was a Triump TR 3 in 1963. I went through many cars the next 40 years.
In 2003 I got a BMW Z4. As long as I can shift I will drive it. Enjoy!

Looks to be interesting.
Welcome Devon UK. I have fond memories of manuevers with the British Army in Wofenbuttel Germany (1967-68) while serving as a motion picture photographer in the US Army. I remember a British soldier named Donald Robertson who was from Devon. Small world department, but does the name ting any bells?
Stayed up all night thinking of that one? Loved it!
One of the "artists" who got me hooked on jazz in the late 1950's.
