When traveling in China I don't blend in and many women want a photo with 'Santa Claus". I'm always careful what I do with my hands and arms though the depressing thing is, I'm only seen as a prop, not a threat.

I have that problem regardless of where I am whether China Mexico or the good old US of A

If you bought third-party lenses for your T3i, they are most likely EF-style mounts.

You are preaching to the wrong person.
I was not the one who posted about a t3i although there are several very capable ef-s added lenses so I don't automatically assume they bought Ef lenses.
In fact it's quite likely that they would have upgraded to the ef-s 55-250 as it is a common budget zoom.

You can use both EF and EFs lenses on a R6 with the adapter, or benefit from the RF lenses native to this excellent low light camera. I have used it for some astrophotography and am very happy with its performance.

Yes with an adapter although one comment was saying that crop sensor lenses will fit on a full frame directly.
The crop sensor ef-s sensor is substantially smaller than the full frame sensor.
This is why the ef-s lenses I have for my old Canon 50d will not fit on my Canon 5d.

Crop sensor lenses will certainly work on a full-frame body, you just do not get the full benefit of an FF snesor.

Canon ef-s (crop sensor) lenses will not attach to the Ef (full frame) mount
The lugs are different on the mount and the lenses are different depth.
On the other hand full frame Canon lenses will attach to the crop sensor cameras because they have dual attachment points for both size lens mounts.

The time it takes to replace that little screw. It may takes a long time to do.

Actually I said knowing how to replace the screw I never said anything about the time it takes.
I have been doing computer repair for the past few years and I get $50.00 labor just to open up a computer case for a client this is frequently done just to spend the few minutes to replace the defective component (the parts are an additional charge)
Why do they pay that for a few minutes of work it's because while I am working on a clients equipment I am liable for any damages that occur while I have possession of it.
Lens repair is the same way.

This is actually a very interesting response.

Seemingly off topic, since it's not related to Vladimir Putin trying to stifle free speech in Russia, these remarks are actually critical of some in our country who exercised theirs.

Reminding us that - apparently to the dismay of the poster (srg) - we in the U.S. still have freedom of speech, even when that speech is regarded as disagreeable, ill-timed, inappropriate, unpopular or just plain stupid.

I agree with you on this one.
I for one will defend anyone who is exercising the right to free speech whether or not I agree with what they say.
I fully agree that they can say it.
It's sad that many people are incapable of making the distinction between agreeing with the right to say it and agreeing with what they said.
I'm actually hoping it's a case of misperception and not a case of thinking that people should only have the right to speak if what they say is in line with their own thoughts.

I'd like the opinion of any who use this software, is it worth it?
Thanks, Bob.

I have it and use it regularly for cleaning the browser out since I don't mind logging back into a site but it also has a cleaner for the windows registry.
You would be surprised how many orphaned artifacts are left in the windows registry on a regular basis.

$520 to repair my Nikon 200-500 f/5.6 seems a little excessive to me. The problem was a small screw had come out and it would no longer zoom.

Actually the breakdown is more like this.
Replace one little screw $5.00.
Knowing how to replace the one little screw $515.00

Many of those horror movies have been going for years. I'm not familiar with the titles and the "monsters." I know "Jason" and "Freddy," but matching up names and movies is beyond my experience. They must have made millions over the years. Oh, and "Michael Myers."

Michael Meyers or the shape as he was originally called was the killer in the Halloween franchise.
Other than Freddy most of the characters have been played by several different people.

As I am currently working with a literal broken back what I have been doing is using a walking staff to which I have attached an inexpensive gimbal Head for holding the weight of the camera and lens while giving me support to walk around.

I just never get images of packages (wish I did), but I do like the service. The downside is you’re checking your email in the morning and see you have a letter from the IRS and then have to worry the rest of the day until the mail arrives 😱

My mail is generally delivered in the morning so I check the email about the same time as it runs
Fortunately I've only had one negative encounter with the IRS and this was entirely my fault

But even so the gas wouldn't burn after the it loses volatility which will occur in just a few months unless you added a fuel stabilizer which has only been around the last few years.
