Zoo photography is not nearly as easy as some may think.
I know, my shot of Tiger was shot at 400mm, standing on ledge to get over all the screaming kids and of course I had to get up high enough to get over all the hand prints on the glass.
Tonight I saw the apitame of the tattooed body. A man had his genitals done so he could say that his whole body was covered with tats. Apparently he at one time was a body builder so to hide his aging skin he covered it with tats. History and image on Google you might still see it their.
Not boring at all. Nicely done. Professional level work. The brindle is my favorite.
That's my pal Mike, he is a cross between, Pitbull and Mastiff. Got him from pound, he was a year old, abused dog very underweight. He was 68lbs then, he's 120 now. Absolutely adores anything on 4 legs, 2 legs not so sure about, extremely protective.
Combination of lenses, 50mm Summicron, 35mm Elmarit and 135mm Elmarit. Any long shots with my Kodak DCS Pro 14n and 80 -200mm Nikor. The Tiger was shot with a Sigma, not absolutely sure, 70 - 400mm lense.
Beautiful Stash. This is definitely some of GODS wonderful work. Show mo0re. Thanks
Tom
Sure do, we used to go up there as often as we could in the Summer, my kids used to love it up there. I used to hook up 3 rafts and row across the lake, kids in tow, to the general store, Happy Days.
