I bought the Sony a6500 with the 18-105 lens, I like it very much. The 35 mm or 50 mm lens is even lighter. It is a lot lighter set and easier to carry around.

After going to a camera shop and looking at them I decided on the Sony a6500 and the Sony 18-105 f.4 lens. Wish me luck, I will post some photographs when I get some.

Thanks for all the input, it has given me a lot to think about. Today I used a friends Panasonic FZ200 and it seemed to do ok. Would the mirrorless cameras be better, weight and photos?

I am thinking of getting a mirrorless Camera and would appreciate any advice. I have a Nikon D700 and lenses but due to severe arthritis in my hands the weight of the Camera is making it difficult to use. I have read that the mirrorless Camera are lighter in weight. Again, any advice will be appreciated.
