You mean you did not go in the craft shop with your wife!!!! My husband just sits inthe car, he takes a book, he knows I will be a while................
But great shots, yes you do have to crawl around and not worry about the on lookers!

Yes fun with Photoshop is unlimitited, I can sit for hours until I can't see straight! Anyway here is a picture I took on Sunday, a lovely bright sunny morning, we took the dogs to out local park on the river and I just clicked around. This was a nice shot with reflections, but look at it now.
Comments and critiques always welcome.

Hello again Tracey, not a critique, but I did notice that your pictures where all taken at what appears to be standing with the camera at head height. It is really intersting to try different angles, get down on the ground and look up under a tree, look at a landscape from a lower level, it can can be a lot of fun and makes it more interesting. Also don't forget the clouds, don't focus so much on the trees that you forget the sky, clouds pop out when you do not even know they are there!

Hi Tracey,
Palm trees make wonderful subjects. I stood underneath this one, the sky was a clear deep blue with no clouds. It was at a shopping area in a lovely part of the garden. The shoppers wondered what I was doing on my knees looking up at a tree! Who cares, I was having fun.

A lovely palm on a clear sunny Florida day.
Kodie, I love the picture, also the frame border. How did you make that? I have Photshop 7.0 but I don't think I can do it in that.
Thanks,

We are fortunate to be in Florida where the weather makes it possible to go out each and day we have plenty of foliage. Palm trees always come out well, mangroves too, in fact all of our local vegation turns to looking like snow, that we thankfully don't have!
Will post soon, I have a camera card full to download

Question please, hopefully this 'thread' will keep going.
Do IR pictures have to be in B & W (greyscale)? Some of the ones I have played with in Photoshop can have wonderful ranges of color.
The poodle in the picture - well I made her pink!
Just a thought

65 degrees, a lovley evening.............
Oh yes it was, my old 2100 Olympus UZI. I am so happy we are working together again.

Oh goodness it is now 46 degrees outside, my plants are covered, the cats are all looking pitiful, the dogs think we are cruel and heartless to make then use the bathroom outside. Oh well, this is why we put up with the summer, but it does not mean you have to enjoy it!

Oh yes, my beloved old 2100 UZ, I am so glad we have the chance to work together again.

Here is a picture of a friend's beautiful Standard Poodle. I was asked to take pictures of her and could not resisit seeing her in IR. Her coloring is a soft dark silver. Her name is Vienna.
From freezing Florida 44 degrees right now.

Life may not be the party we hoped for - but while we are here - we might as well dance!
Thanks for your kind comments! That is a by-line that goes on all of my emails, I did not realize it popped up here also, but yes! Dancing is good, ask my dog, the one in the picture, that's what we do together, sorry if off topic.
Wendy
Well I had to get my IR fix this morning, it was bright and sunny so they appear 'contrasty' but as always comments welcome. Taken with my hand held UZI with minimal Photoshop work.
