I don't have much in before and after except our family. These are pics of my brother's and sisters and me. Last one is with our spouses and mother and two of the 8 grandkids and my son and his wife taken last year.

Great Clicker-what great memories preserved!

Here's a Before, In-Between, and After series showing the Frankfurt Dom (Cathedral), which was severely damaged during the various Allied bombings in World War II, then gradually restored. I photographed the In-Between in December, 1947. The foreground shows the meager Chrismas Fair being held in the Römerberg Platz. To get the high angle I c,imbed into the ruins of one of the three famous Altstadt Römerberg houses, now beautifully restored.

Another big WOW, Richard!
The churches in Germany and Austria had similar pictures inside the church. I found them amazing and very encouraging. So glad that the reconstruction happened and that so many people devoted the time and effort to do so! At the time that we were there, I couldn't photo the interior those churches we visited because of lack of light and restrictions on flash, etc.
So glad you posted these pictures! Wonderful!

Iron,t know how the double posts happened. I don't think I did it. Must be goblins who hung around from Halloween.

Happens to me when the post takes time and I think I did something wrong in the process!

Finally time to look up these photos I took near Steamboat, Co. This barn was amazing every time I took a few steps to the side, the appearance became more impressive. I am so glad I had the opportunity to photograph it when I did. in just a few months, it was gone.

While I was photographing it grew dark and in no time was storming.

Wow! What a catch,so glad you found it! Surely illustrates how a change in position is so important while photoing a subject. How great that you were there at the right time and were able to freeze time! Kudos to you!

Judy....everyone has their thinking caps on.....and are producing some great 'then' and 'now's.

We have a few murals in our small little city and shot this one of 'then' and then went out and about this morning looking for a 'now'.

Really enjoyed the progression of production. Loved the original shot of the mural and the grain shooting out of the spout!
