I don't answer calls when I don't know the caller's Caller ID, which displays and announces on my phone. However, my wife was recently on a trip to Europe and called me several times using Skype. The Caller ID always showed as "Private Caller" or "Unavailable", so I couldn't tell if it was her or a robocall.
