My Little Woo did not show up, so I did laundry at least!
Yes I messed too much with the Gazebo, I should have really started again. The garden, it was getting late and the sun was low in the sky and creeping into the picture.
Thanks for your comments, always welcome.

I am never quite sure what page # I end up on, hopefully I am at the end of the line, oh well.
Another lovely sunny afternoon yesterday, so I hoped the yard work, house work and laundry would do itself while I was gone, so, I loaded up my old Oly 2100 into my old Subaru Forester and off we went.
The Gazebo picture I think is too contrasty but Eric I know you like lines and angles. This was taken across the Banana River and in the distance in Port Canaveral you can just see three of the huge cruise ships in port. The other is the opposite, a softer image, nothing exciting.
As always your comments and critques are welcome.

You have the same problem, the maid does not show up, nor the yard person, nor the cook, I thought it was just me that spends way too much time behind a lens or looking at a computer screen! Oh well tomorrow perhaps some things will get accomplished around here?

Thank you all for your very informative replies. NO FACEBOOK, I did not think about the pictures going where ever some-one wants to send them. I will check out the links you have sent. I am going to take some things to a couple of consignment stores in our little downtown area. Tourists from the many cruise ships that come to the port do bring passengers there and this particular series of things I have been doing are all local. I will also check out the farmers market idea, I do think they have one. I am also going to send the notecards I have made to contacts for no good reason, just so they get out there. I will research on line. I am not looking for a fortune, just a few $$$ to feed the cats and dogs, the birds and squirrels, yes my husband and I also.
Again thank you.

Thank you for that website contact, I will certainly check it out. One question. I have avoided Facebook, don't really have time or feel I want to deal with it, but it was suggested to me that it is a good way to display 'your stuff' and sell. Any comments on that?
Thanks,
Wendy

Well now you have me hooked on a new topic! We took the dogs to the park this morning with just the 'pocket Panasonic' here are the results.
Wendy,
Cocoa. Florida

I know not everyone likes squirrels but I love all creatures great and small! So this is beauty where I live as he was eating lunch on my oak tree when we got home.

'Sterling' was sleeping on the bed, until I woke him up! so his face fills the frame.

Not really sure if this is lines or architecture but it was inside the roof of a gazebo

Not too artistic but a stack of gates made lots of lines.

This is a color version of the IR I sent previously at our lovely park, the gazebo is another picture.

Waiting in the car while husband spent forever in a store I glanced in the side mirror and this was the result.

I must admit to an archive but I have always liked this rusty old car.

Last one - a sign reflected in the river.

I too have two Seagates, old one almost full and one newer (but can't remember the size?) It is a FreeAgent GoFlex. Everything on the old one is on there. It just plugs into a USB port. As my graphics are all on my old desk top I am concerned about saving them. I catagorize by month, then dates with titles of subjects, a separate file for Infra Red. As I download from my cameras I put them on the FreeAgent at the same time. This method has worked for me for about five years. If my old computer decides to give up at least I am secure in the knowledge it won't take my pictures with it.

I hope this is not off topic and acceptable, but here is my question.
I am recently out of work and like many others need to make some income. Taking pictures is my love, I have 1000's stored on hard drives and do nothing with them. I do not have a website as I don't know how to start or make one and then how do you link it to any one to see it?
I am making some notes cards with some of my IR images that I will try to sell locally but I don't think it will make a fortune. I do take portraits and pets and have business cards out, but that is not very luctrative.
Any ideas or comments would be welcome.
Thank you so much.

Another lovely sunny Florida day yesterday, so I drove a mile or two. I had to get this tower! I could not get very close, I think the sky is a little messy but oh well. The heron stayed nicely for me even if the tree is a bit 'soft' and such an intereting sky, I wonder where all of those planes came from or are going to?
As always comments and critiques are welcome.

Jen, I know what you mean, since I started taking pictures you do see the world in another way.............one thing I was told once, always look behind you, you may be focussing so much on what you are seeing in front that there may be something behind you are missing.
Enjoy every minute,
Regards,

My neighbor told me she had some filters that she had for years and she would give them to me when she found them, well I got them today, can you please help identify?
I have hand held them over my IR UZI and my Canon. I have not looked at the results on the computer yet.
Anyway one is a square of blue glass printed on it 'cokin A. 020'
2 HOYA's one with HMC +2, other HOYA HMC +1.
Also there are a lot of vingnettes that should be fun, depending onthe paralax.
Also a double sided mirror that is square that must clip on something, but why?
Thanks so much.
