I just looked. There definitely is more snow in my yard today. Several inches now.
weberwest, thanks for the comments. I will look forward to seeing more of your work there.
joecichjr, thank you. I do what I can.

Interesting two-spire church. Thanks for sharing. Please stay safe.
Thanks. You're welcome--I like to share.
weberwest, thanks so much! Yes, there are. Not so many here in the US, but they do exist.
joecichjr, thank you, too, for the nice comment. I'm glad you liked it.

That was something that was put out there, but I think it has been disproved. How is your winter weather in Dallas?
Cold, very cold for here. Snow--about an inch this morning, but I saw some more lightly falling when I was out to take pictures so there may be more now (I haven't been out to look).

kymarto, those are outstanding photos!
Some folks may not be aware that it is possible to make vertical panoramas, too. And panoramas using 2 or more rows of photos. This one was 13 shots in 2 rows:

Beautiful shots of Arches NP.
I like it, but how can a Coastal Path go in 3 directions?
I once saw a pickup with license I♥MYGUNS. (This is Texas, after all . . . .)
In the 1960s I saw a license in California SYD666. If you're a CPA or tax guru you might recognize SYD as the acronym for Sum of Years Digits, a type of depreciation allowed by the IRS. I'd been studying that subject in class recently and wondered if 666 was, indeed, a SYD (other than the usual interpretation of the number). It turns out that it is a SYD, the sum of the integers from 1 through 36. I've often wondered if the plate were an accident or if the driver were a CPA. (I won't describe how I went about calculating that while driving the Harbor Freeway to class.)
Fine shots of rare conditions. I've got about an inch of snow on my street in Dallas. Temperatures as low as 9°F I hear. I've been in colder temperatures (in Labrador, -35°F) but I had proper gear for it there. We have a strong west wind right now, too.
Very picturesque! Nicely done. I also see a single wire coming to the cabin. Power or phone?
Not for me, thanks! Nice shot, though.
Very nice! I presume that is a swan?
Brrrr! Great shots. We have about an inch of snow here in Dallas today. Not quite covering the grass, but all the pavement is covered. We're due for below-freezing temperatures for several more days, so it will probably stay around.
