I personally use Benro tripods and a Sirui Monopod. The Benro's are high quality at a reasonable cost and very sturdy. Another one to look up is Nest tripods, also an excellent choice.

All you need is a card set. A lot less expensive, easier to use and just as accurate. You can always correct white balance in post especially if you're shooting RAW.

For heavy use, stick to Nikon, the Yongnuos do work ok, but they just don't last very long!

I tend to agree with you that a Nikon would last longer but for my frequency of use I find my Yongnuo's hold up very well. For me I can purchase 3 Yongnuo's for the price of one SB 700 or five Yongnuo's for the price of one SB 5000. I've owned Nikon flashes in the past and they ae great speed lights but I get the same results from my Yongnuo's for a lot less money.

Use the original cartridges, reset them and refill your own. Try this company, very reliable and excellent ink: http://precisioncolors.com/index.html

The Yongnuo YN-685 is very similar to the Godox 685. Both good units. I have been using 2 of the older Yongnuo speed lights for a couple of years with no problems. Check the specs on both and make your decision from there.

If it's anything like reformatting a hard drive it basically just changes one file, the file allocation table or FAT file. That eliminates any pointers to see where your files are on the card thus essentially erasing your files. There should be no harm done to the SSD as it is strictly electronic, rearranging one file in the SSD.

There will be a list of your S/N's in your account. Try to place your Remix S/N back into the program.

I find myself using it for a lot of other situations other than macro. It's an excellent macro lens and also a sharp all around lens.

I use one doing macros mostly but it comes in handy for many stationary shots.. It makes it easier to view from the top if the camera is below eye level and you don't have an adjustable LCD as in my case.
