I really like the first one. You could crop out some if the top background and make it better!

I agree with those who said that the leaves in #1 are distracting and ruins an otherwise good photo. I don't like #2 because it is too busy, the number of different flowers makes it difficult to determine what your subject is. So that leaves #3. Of the 3 photos presented #3 is the best because of the simplicity and it is easy to tell what your subject is. I, however, would have liked it to have brighter colors. Sunflowers are normally bright yellow and orange. A dulled down version isn't as pretty.
