So you're saying that since one person is wronged it's okay for another person to be wronged? Why not fix the original wrong instead?

The bill has zero chance of passing--the idea is to highlight the original wrong. Plus, it's pretty funny.

Thanks. It looks interesting, but I'd like to see the cost estimates. My guess is that developing and building one will consume the entire British Defense budget. It's called the Curve of Unilateral Disarmament (in our case, led by the F-35).

I use Canons and have been pretty happy with a G16 as a travel camera--weighs about one pound and very easy to include with carry on luggage. The Nikon equivalent is the P7800--same size sensor and a very slightly larger body, with a longer equivalent zoom. I found the P7800's handling a little easier than the G16's. Both shoot in RAW or JPEG. The G16 got better reviews (you can Google G16 vs P7800 for comparisons) but I think the image quality is about the same and you're familiar with the Nikon controls.

You might see if you could rent one or both plus a good (L type) lens if you don't have one. You can check online for sources or see you it's possible from a local store.

Beautiful shots! Apologies if I missed this already but what camera and lens were you using?

An atheist who clearly hadn't read any history. He should have asked to make the bear a vegan.

Thanks for posting. I heard a lot about building the DEW line when I was a kid in the '50s but of course never thought about the logistics. I particularly like the second picture with the cargo ship in the sun.

You seem like a nice guy, are you too nice to learn something new? Hopefully not. Go ahead and insult me if it makes you feel better, just as long as you learn the difference between your and you're.

The error was almost certainly a typing mistake. Your're not teaching anyone anything with your correction.

Still waiting to see some reviews on it...

There's a review at the Cameralabs.com--mildly positive (better than the earlier EOS-Ms) but not enthusiastic: Among other things, still no built in viewfinder and only a few native EF-M lenses. You can add an EVF via the hot shoe and get an adapter to mount other EF lenses, but that adds about $300 to the cost. Canon still seems to be struggling with mirrorless.

Looking for a small laptop or tablet to take to Europe to review and store photos. Tried a Samsung tablet but it cannot store (backup) photos. What do you recommend.

I use an iPad and haven't had any problems. My wife often brings her MacBook Air and I usually load at least some of my pictures on that as well.

I'm looking to buy a pocket back up, and I'm confused on which one of the models I should get.

I'm looking at the Canon S-95 - S100 - S110 - and S120.

What does the group think, which one I should get, and why.

I can't give you a comparative review, but I use an S120 for travel think it's great. Reasonable price, fits in a shirt pocket, takes very good pictures and can shoot Raw or JPEG. I was worried about lacking a viewfinder, but have really found that a minor issue. I have never used the earlier versions, but most of the reviews I saw said the S110 is nearly as good and can be bought for less. I would go with the 120 if your budget allows.
