I like it very much. I see the textures of winter. I think i would have photographed it much the same. Keep thinking b&w.
With a 50mm lensfocused at 12 ft.,depth of field at 5.6 extends from 8 ft. to 20 ft. Forthe samefocus settingat f16, depth of field extends from 5 ft.to infinity. This is called hyperfocal distance.

A photograph itself is lenght and width only . It is not reality. What can be said of a b&w photo as reality.
