A quick Google search brought up quite a bit of information, including an archive of a newsletter titled The Zone VI Newsletter.
Also, it appears that Pentax marketed this light meter under their brand name as well. Good luck in your search.

It's my opinion that due to the ubiquitous nature of the cell phone (aka smart phone, iphone, etc), people who might be averse to having a DSLR or other "conventional" camera pointed in their direction take little or no notice when a cell phone is being used to capture their image.

Haha, boy I must be loosing it.
A friend pointed out that it appears to be MY reference to having an S-10, a Freudian slip on my part, as I have an S-III. Maybe my subconscious wants an S-10.

Or at least an S7, which was one of the first Samsung phones capable of shooting RAW.

I want something that will spit out raw files so I can process them in Lightroom. I don't own a cell fone and so I don't know if they generate raw files but my guess is that they don't.

Resetting your shooting menu might solve this. Under SHOOTING MENU, select Reset shooting menu. You might want to write down your current Shooting Menu settings so you can restore them after the Reset.

Bill - Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I, too, had encountered the same problem....and your link started the process that had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for taking the time to comment on this topic and helping me, and I imagine, a few others fix their LrC.

I picked up a Manfrotto 679B monopod with a RRS MH-01 head with the BS AS II quick release clamp for a song at a non-profit resale store.
It has taken some getting used to, but if you stick with it, I think you'll find it will help reduce the effects of shaky hands. Good luck!

I'm considering entering this photo in a contest as a landscape, but I'm not sure if it'll be de-considered due to the restriction in the rulles that says"Place or Landscape MUST be the main subject. What do you say hoggers?

FWIW, I'd judge it as a landscape.

Architect1776 has pointed you to a variable ND (Neutral Density) filter for smartphones....it won't do what a Circular Polarizing Lens (CPL) for your mountain landscape will give you.

Seems like a brilliant analysis. Is that "World Without Sun" from 1964? Would the Anchorage Fourth Avenue Theatre show a French documentary film directed by Jacques-Yves Cousteau, in French?

That's the best fit I can get with a magnifying glass. Maybe the original image has a better resolution to show the words?

I think you nailed that, Paul. Good eyes, good work. That helps date the photo.

And a nod to rook2c4, their post did estimate early to mid Sixties.
