you can buy a slide viewer or small batt. op light table for $20.00 at most photo stores.Unless you have hundreds of slides to view that's the way I would go.
Gorgeous! Looked up where they are ...close to Las Vegas and Grand canyon..? Would love to explore that area-didn't know about these falls-when we were there !
Thanks for sharing!
The road to the falls is on hwy 40 right across from the Grand Canyon Caverns whitch is a great place to stop and vist and they have rooms to rent there also.Havasu Falls is on the Havasupai Indain res. and the best way to go there is to book thru a tour guide that way they take care of everything;food ;camping;permits etc.and they will pick you up at your hotel and drop you off when the trip is over. The 3 day trip costs about $1400.00 plus a tip to the guides. They also transport all your gear down to the campsite and back so all you are carrying is your water and camera.
I love waterfalls and shoot pictures of them whenever I get the chance. These are from Havasu Falls last year.Temp.was 95 degrees on june 1;water was about 70 so it really felt great. This area was flooded by flash floods 3 days ago and will be closed for 2 weeks it is a 10 mile hike to get down there.
