IN ENGLAND 1- Early in the morning, wander down the village to get The Sunday papers, passing through the 1000 year old Church yard. 2- Down through the dew drenched meadow at the back of the churchyard soaked in the early morning Spring misty sunshine 3 & -4- Stroll back along the high street enjoying the centuries old cottages with their quintessential English Cottage Gardens showing signs of blooming into full summer glory. 5- & 6 Take a short cut through the ancient woodlands with the ground carpeted with Wild Garlic 7 & 8 After a good pub plowman's lunch settle down on the Village Green and watch the local team and the team from the next village playing a game of Cricket 9- After the game has finished wander home past the old church at the other end of the village For me itÂ’s perfect English Sunday[/quote]
I like the old stonework and especially the stained glass. It is a shame that it could not have been lit from the inside to show the colors of the glass. Nice shot!
