I monitored this Anhinga nest for over 10 weeks, from incubation to fledge. I hope you find it interesting. Please excuse the inserted text but I thought it would help in this series. I'm loading a total of 9 photos. Comments always appreciated.

Super-duper, wonderful series! I'm really glad you included a couple of longer views, not so much for the gator (though that was cool too), but to show where the tree and nest are located.
