I love to spend time working on my photographs. Selective color is one way I try to bring "fun" into my photos.
#11 for me. Aside from the colorful bird, I finally noticed that a super-bloom of poppies was added. Nice touch!
Not voting yet. Has RBorud's version been eliminated? (Would have been #11)
Peaceful country scene
(Oops, see next post. THAT one has the photograph!)
Added a bit of mood lighting, a bit more froth in the drink, and cleaned up the spills
Hard choice, but I'm voting for #2.
Brook side, early Spring: Late afternoon
Maybe they're out riding in the late afternoon.
Keni led the way by introducing new elements into her version of the photograph. So I found my own elements and came up with "Sunset Wedding." (The sky originally from a Rapid City, South Dakota sunset.)
I think, in this particular case, all the bright colors are a distraction. The B&W directs your eye to the tiny figure taking care of his big truck which looks like the story you want to tell.
I tend to add "warmth" to my photographs as a rule, and so I am partial to the 1st photo which is "warmer" than the 2nd one. The reds and yellows are deeper and richer IMO.
